Space Availability

General Information

  • All meetings must be free and open to the public.
  • Room availability is from ½ hour after opening to 1 hour before closing time.
  • Tables and chairs are available; groups must provide their own setup and cleanup.
  • An additional Security Fee of $50 per hour is required for meetings held outside the library's open hours.
  • Audiovisual Equipment is available in the Multipurpose Room; equipment must be reserved in advance.

Rates and Fees

Please contact the library at 706-613-3650 if you wish to reserve more than one section or to reserve a section with kitchen access.

  • One section only: no charge
    • 4 hour limit
  • One section: $50
    • 4 hour limit
    • includes food/drink allowance & kitchen access
  • Two sections: $100 (call 706-613-3650 to reserve)
    • 4 hour limit
    • includes food/drink allowance & kitchen access
  • Three sections: $200 (call 706-613-3650 to reserve)
    • 4 hour limit
    • includes food/drink allowance & kitchen access

Audiovisual Equipment

  • Laptop (groups are strongly encourage to bring their presentation on a flash drive and use our laptops)
  • Podium (includes microphone)
  • Digital Projector
  • Lapel microphone
  • Handheld wireless microphone
  • Traditional microphones with tabletop stand
  • Traditional microphone with floor stand

Booking instructions:

  • Click the time block for when your program will start. Be sure it's colored green, which means it's available
  • A dropdown box will appear. From that, select your end time.
  • Click "Submit Times," the finish filling out the booking agreement form
